This is very strange. I let out work for yello, not compass.

I don't know about 4.43, but with 4.41 and the newest patches I can get a screensaver on a ATI Radeon 9600 card. So a new batch of apps will be built to test them out, but it looks like that bug has been squashed.

Pirates are not sending (yet) any units at all.
LOok forward to it!

I suspect their problems are a bit more complicated than ours were.
I was out of town at a meeting, and I was playing with a revision of yello from my hotel room. I set it up to run some work and then went to dinner. When I came back the load on the server was nearly 200 and I could not log in.
I was able to shut down the project daemons from a companion machine, but I wasn't able to log in to slow things down. I suspect that the database server was overwhelmed; this happened the first time we ran hello last year.
So I was not able to reset the server until I got back from my meeting late the next day. Still not sure what went wrong, but of course this is a test project so things like this can be expected sometimes.

Can't you people teach Berkeley how to solve these problems so quickly? ;)
